Dear Lori,
Fabulous! I love the colors, the airy feeling, the beautiful color...that cobalt blue and the other colors
as well. A friend of mine (artist) did a series of eggs
projecting broken relationships. Combined with your optimism of the egg, it might make her essay of eggs stronger and more positive. Just a thought. As a creative writer / composer I loved it just as it is.
"A dance of cobalt blue holding the eggs carefully in one
basket." The blue makes a statement of sea, serenity, as a balance for the eggs. For sure, do not keep your eggs all in one basket."
Hi Lori, you can add Colorado (I am originally from Germany...that may count half too :))
Your artwork triggers a lot of thoughts and emotions and is rendered beautifully. all the best!
Great idea and one close to my heart as I, too, am trying to rally artists from around the world to join me in creating the world's largest online work of art.
Please see my ekaweeka space AND ArtWorldTapestry.com!
I love your fragile eggs symbolism and what the eggs contain. It all IS such a delicate balance. Good luck in your project!

I love the concept AND the execution! And then making it a participatory work as well, DAMN I wish I'd thought of that first! GREAT stuff. Media Penn. here!
Cool work! All of our ideas are under one roof. There might be a lot of disparity and chaos in our world, but we are all essentially the same. Representing from Illinois (Chicago).
I am representing California! We're very big on saving the environment here. The State of California is actually sueing the EPA for trying to prevent them from creating stricter air quality regulations!
California is huge and has many people who can be making a difference. We'll keep up the fight over here.
