Founded in 1947 we are an organization formed for the purpose of encouraging individual artistic growth and excellence. GLAA fosters a community appreciation of the fine arts through the arrangement of shows, monthly programs, lectures, demonstrations and workshops.The Geneva Lake Art Association announces a call to artists for Art in the Park, a national juried art show held lakefront August 9 & 10, 2008 at Library Park, Rt. 50, Lake Geneva, WI. $1,500 in awards will be presented Saturday. Juror: Colette Odya Smith. Submit 6 slides of artwork, 1 of booth. Digital images on CD accepted.
