I believe in the imperfections we all have. In an improvisational way I use the sewing machine to put together everyday materials or scraps in a manner that is well constructed, and inspired by a love of naive expression like children's art work or bad sewing.

	Overwhelming! And I'm not easily whelmed! As a textile/found materials freak, it's great to see so many people on Ekaweeky working in that area; but your work, I imagine you know, is more off the hook than most.
