Reputation Apparel is a company that provides custom made fashions to the savvy, open minded consumer. It was started in the fall of 2006 to bring an energizing new look to headwear, later expanding the line with that same energy. Based in Los Angeles, Reputation Apparel is known for its one-of-a-kind, hand made approach so each piece is exclusive and unique.
Designer Melanie Smith was raised in Las Vegas and currently resides in Hollywood. Growing up as a musician, Melanie takes much of her inspiration for her designs from all different genres of music and the lifestyle that surrounds it.
Partner Butch Hansen brings his east coast roots mixed with his west coast flavor to mix it up with Reputation. He has a street hustle style and brings his love for entertaining a crowd to the urban lifestyle and youth attitude of Reputation Apparel.
