The art I create reflects my life experiences and is constantly evolving. I love to experiment with color and use a lot of basic shapes and lines. I am fascinated by contrast in artwork, be it a matte vs. a glossy varnish, light vs. dark, rough textured surface vs. smooth, sad vs. happy, etc.
Patterns are very important to me...Modifications...interpretations...of bold classic stripes and all sorts of soft circular shapes.
My inspiration comes from (amongst others) artists like Kandinsky, Klee and oh well, I can't deny it...Robert Smith (what other guy wears his wife's lipstick so nicely?).
Contact me if you have any comments, questions, or just want to say hello.
Thanks for looking - Have a happy day!
